Paula Camila De León — “Quijaita”
Caribbean-born brewer, illustrator, signature tattooist, author, and founder of Entropy Collective.
Paula Camila De León — known artistically as Quijaita — is a multidisciplinary creator from the Caribbean whose journey began in the world of science and fermentation.
A biochemist turned brewmaster, she crafted award-winning beers and became one of the pioneering women in the Dominican Republic’s craft-beer movement. Through her brands Viralata Cerveza Artesanal and Reyes De León Brewing Company, she helped shape a new generation of brewing defined by authenticity, experimentation, and storytelling through flavor.

Through her brands Viralata Cerveza Artesanal and Reyes De León Brewing Company, she helped shape a new generation of brewing defined by authenticity, experimentation, and storytelling through flavor.
Yet her path was never meant to stay contained in one vessel. Guided by intuition, art, and alchemy, Paula expanded her practice into illustration, author tattooing, and visual storytelling. Her work blends the precision of science with the chaos of art — ink flowing like energy through skin, symbols becoming personal rituals.
As founder and creative director of Entropy Collective, she now leads a space where art, tattoo, and experiment converge; a living laboratory of transformation that celebrates Latin roots, Wiccan spirituality, and the sacred disorder of creation.
A tarot reader and modern witch, her practice embodies the belief that every act of creation — whether a beer, a line of ink, or a human connection — is a ritual of entropy: a transformation where chaos becomes beauty, and beauty becomes freedom.
